My experience with Concenta was fast and pain free. The staff was Courteous and professional.
Doctor was great, nurse did not know how to take a proper blood pressure test. She kept holding my arm elevated above my heart cradled in her arms. Then immeditly took my blood pressure again on the other arm the same way and without waiting the usual five minutes between tests. I felt she was purposely trying to fail me. My wife is a registered nurse who graduated from the University of Kentucky and felt the same way. When I have to get another DOT physical it will not be at Concertra.
Quick in and out service! Less than an hour and I was done.
Was treated with respect by every staff member, even received a call the next day to check if I was feeling better. Thanks to the antibiotics prescribed to me, I am doing better and highly recommend this urgent care.
